Livian Smith entered the lending industry in 1998 as an admin at a Canadian alternative mortgage company. In 2005, she passed the BC course to become a Licensed Mortgage Professional. She joined a small Mortgage Brokerage in May 2005 and later moved to DLC in January 2006, where she remains.

In 2021, alongside her partners she launched the DLC Next Generation Mortgage franchise. Focused on mentoring future Mortgage Professionals, the franchise earned a 2024 & 2024 CMA nomination for best new Brokerage. Livian also initiated Ez Social to assist Mortgage Brokers and Realtors in establishing a social media presence.

Passionate about teaching basic financial literacy, she aims to empower individuals of all ages to achieve homeownership dreams. Livian's ultimate wish is for everyone to have a home to call their own. She is a proud mom of two daughters (33, 18) and two fur babies.

Shelby is a wife and mother of 3 children (and two fur babies), business owner and active real estate investor. She loves the outdoors and all things fitness and health. You’ll often find her hiking, paddleboarding or working out. She incorporates her love for culture, travel and music into both her personal and professional lives.
